GetWhys will keep you posted, even when it's thinking extra hard. When a response is going to take longer than usual, GetWhys will let you know upfront, and you can now opt in to get notified when it's done. Go grab a coffee. No more tab-watching, no more wondering if something broke. It's just reasoning through something complex on your behalf.
Artifacts now export to PDF. When you're done building something in GetWhys (e.g., a competitive brief, a messaging framework, a research summary), you can export it as a clean, formatted PDF and share it with anyone — stakeholders, clients, or your boss's boss. No GetWhys account required to appreciate good work.
Admins can change user roles. In a past life, you ask us nicely and we’d update permissions for you. No more. The power is now in your hands! Admins can now update user roles directly in GetWhys, so no back-channeling or waiting. The right people get the right access, exactly when you need them to have it. Power, restored. 👑
Edit research requests. Thought of another question? You can now edit your research request within the first 24h.
Natively test ad copy. Our Message Testing tool now supports ad copy. We’re running all of Mad Men through it and will report back.
Chat Asks Clarifying Questions. When relevant, you’ll see the GetWhys ask you questions before proceeding. We’ve asked it not to be too Socratic.
Gong x GetWhys. If you’re a Gong customer, you can now automatically pipe your calls into GetWhys.
Slack x GetWhys. If you’re a Slack user… you can now @GetWhys. Isn’t that fun??
Chat input, redesigned. We cleaned up the chat input to make it more intuitive and accessible. Small surface area, big quality of life improvement. The kind of update that just feels right once you see it.
Attach from Google Drive in chat. Google Drive attachments used to live only in BYOD, but now they're in chat too. Pull in a doc, a PDF and keep the conversation going.
Bring your Google Docs in. Whether it's strategy docs, creative briefs, internal materials — if it lives in Google Docs, it can now live in GetWhys too. Import directly and let GetWhys put your existing work to use. The more it knows, the more useful it gets.
Content now exports to Word. When you're done building in GetWhys, you can now export your content directly as a .docx file. Take your messaging frameworks, competitive briefs, and research outputs straight into Word without the manual reformatting. No more copy-pasting into a blank doc like it's 2009.
